Refund Policy

At www.blocksofglory.com we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your wargaming products, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note, postage costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

Certain items such as digital downloads, and customised products are non-refundable unless defective. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for assistance.
